2. Data collection, purpose and processing
Grupo Murcia Puchades is legally obliged to inform Data Subjects (users) that their personal data provided when they send emails or fill in forms will be collected. Grupo Murcia Puchades is therefore the data controller of the data collected by the aforesaid means. You are also informed of the purposes for which your data may be collected: to address user’s requests, record their contact data, provide services and to manage the commercial relationship between the parties. All operations, procedures and technical processes, whether performed automatically or not, that enable the collection, storage, alteration, assignment and other measures of personal data are considered to constitute processing of the same. All personal data collected through this website in a manner considered to constitute processing of personal data will be stored in files controlled by Grupo Murcia Puchades and duly registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
As a result of its concern to ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal data, Grupo Murcia Puchades has adopted the required security levels for the protection of personal data and installed the technical means at its disposal to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access and theft of the same.
3. Disclosure of information to third parties
You are hereby informed that your personal data will not be assigned to any third party whatsoever except when the Data Controller is legally obliged to do so or when the provision of a service entails the need for a contractual relationship with a Data Processor. In the latter case, your data shall not be transferred to the third party without your express written consent.
4. User’s rights
The Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 on Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights endows Data Subjects with a series of rights related to the use and processing of their personal data. In accordance with the currently applicable legislation and provided that your personal data is stored on files owned by Grupo Murcia Puchades, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection to the treatment of your data. To do so, please make a written request, providing a photocopy of your identity document (Spanish I.D. or passport), by fax to number (+34) 965865432, by email to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org or by postal mail addressed to: Grupo Murcia Puchades, Calle Londres 60, 03509 Finestrat (Alicante). Said request must contain the following information: your full name, your request, your address and your accreditation. These rights must be exercised by the user; however, they may be also exercised by the authorised legal representative of the Data Subject. In this case, the proof of legal representation of the Data Subject must be provided.
